Alzheimer’s Society’s Dementia Friends programme is the biggest ever initiative to change people’s perceptions of dementia. It aims to transform the way the nation thinks, acts and talks about the condition.
They have a series of free information leaflets about dementia for you to read or download. They’re all written by specialist dementia nurses and put together in response to the questions they hear on their Dementia Helpline and out in the community.
