Medication Deliveries: 70 years and over patients only
Medication for patients 70 years and over will be delivered to their home addresses by default, during this current period. Please do not contact us to make the arrangements. Delivery arrangements will be put in place by our staff. Your medication will be delivered by either our driver, one of the generous community volunteers or members of our Patient Participation Group who have very kindly given up their free time to support both their local community and the practice. When your medication is delivered, it will be placed on your door step, the volunteer will knock on your door and step back whilst practicing social distancing rules. Once you have taken in your medication they will move on to their next delivery. Your monthly medication will automatically be reordered so you do not need to do anything. Should there be no answer, your medication will be returned and delivered the next working day. A note may also be left so you know that a delivery was attempted. We will be unable to accommodate a rescheduled delivery the same day.
Patients under 70 years
If you need assistance with the collection of your medication arrange for a friend, neighbour or relative to collect the medication on your behalf. Please review our revised opening hours.
We thank you for your cooperation during this very difficult time and ensure you we are working extremely hard to ensure your medication is ready on time, however there maybe occasions when there are delays.
We would ask that you show respect and kindness to both our staff and volunteers during this period.
